A Houston man accused of leading deputies on a 27-mile chase in a military truck was ruled incompetent and ordered to a state hospital.

The Houston Police department is looking for a man who, they say, shot and killed a man at a southwest Houston apartment complex before fleeing last October.

Houston teenager Mariah Alatorre, 17, was reportedly killed in the crossfire at a house party on Valentine's Day, leaving her family searching for answers.

The security guard, 33, was found inside the business with at least one gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene by first responders.

Investigators said a man was sitting inside a pickup truck when he was shot. He then drove about a block to Bell Street, where he crashed. The truck’s windshield appeared to have bullet holes. The victim was taken to a hospital, where he died.
